c) Cheque payment Should be crossed “A/C Payee Only Please write the participant(s) name, course, course date, invoice number & contact number on the reverse side of the cheque or simply attach a photocopy invoice.
d) Confirmation of this registration is subjected to XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd. ‘s receiving the Course fee payment.
e) Cancellations & Transfers: Cancellations and Transfers shall be made in writing to XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd. If participants fail to attend the course, all fees will be forfeited.
f) All remittance and banking charges should be borne by the sender/participants.
g) All payment made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances(exclusions mentioned in the refund policy). In case the payment is made via, Cheque or DD, it must be paid at least 3 days before course commencement, failing which XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or postpone the participants’ choice of course date.
h) Payment once made cannot be processed under charge back or stop cheque or any cancellation method in any made of payment.
i) In such case this document can be presented to respective authorities as a purchase proof. Any such processing shall be made in writing to XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd.
j) Trainees liable for two instalments must pay their second instalment within 30 days from the date of commencement of batch, failing which XC Training Services and Pvt. Ltd… reserves the right to cancel the registration or postpone/cancel the participants’ choice of course date.
k) Fee once paid is refundable Up to 3 days from the day 1 of the class.
l) XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd… reserves the right to alter the timings, dates & duration for the training.
m) XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd… reserves the right to alter the course content at any time without liability.
n) Placement assistance is not a compulsion it’s an add on service from Maximum Learning.
o) Maintain a minimum of 95% attendance throughout the duration of the course. Achieve a minimum score of 85% in all assignments and assessments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the course material.
p) Ensure your website project is 90% complete in accordance with the class sessions. This practical requirement aims to integrate theoretical knowledge with real-world application, enhancing your skills and employability.
q) Also to bring in your notice Institute will conduct the Google exam either between the course or within 1 month of course completion, after that institute will not be liable to conduct any kind of exams or it may be on chargeable basis.
r) You agree to provide your authentic and correct personal information. XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd… reserves the right (Not obligatory) to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time.
s) If, upon confirmation, your details are not found to be true (Wholly or partly), XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd. Has the right in its sole discretion to cancel your registration, you agree not to dispute XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd.’s decision regarding cancellation.
t) XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd. will conduct the course only if there are sufficient participants. In case of non-sufficient participants, the current participants will be merged in another batch, or the training might be postponed, at the sole discretion of XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd…
u) You will be provided free internet access in the classrooms. Internet is to be used solely for training purposes. Anyone found using the internet for purposes, other than training, will be required to pay Rs. 2500 as penalty.
v) XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible, under any circumstances, if the internet is misused for fraudulent purposes.
w) Taking pictures of the training classroom and any type of recording (audio or video) during the training session is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found doing so, XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd. has the right in its sole discretion to cancel your registration. You agree not to dispute XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd.’s decision regarding cancellation.
x) No live classes recording will be provided under any circumstances.
y) If any candidate found creating nuisance in the class or spoiling company image on any online platform. XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd. has the right in its sole discretion to cancel your registration. You agree not to dispute XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd.’s decision regarding cancellation.
z) You are required to carry your own laptop during the class. Failure to do so will affect your learning and XC Training and Services Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for the same. Further, we do not issue laptops to trainees under any circumstances.
